This Website is provided by Intelligent Golf on behalf of Chislehurst Golf Club.  Chislehurst Golf Club uses this website to provide online information and services, competition management and CONGU ratified handicaps, for playing members of the Club.

Chislehurst Golf Club handles sensitive information about it's members, guests and visitors on a daily basis.  Sensitive Information must have adequate safeguards in place to protect them, to protect privacy, to ensure compliance with various regulations and to guard the future of the organisation.

Chislehurst Golf Club commits to respecting the privacy of all its members and customers and to protecting any data about them from outside parties.  To this end management are committed to maintaining a secure environment in which to process Sensitive Information so that we can meet these promises.

Access to the secure areas of this website requires a Chislehurst Golf Club Membership ID and a User managed PIN number and is limited to Golf Club Members and selected staff who need access for the purpose of supplying and maintaining information relative to the day-to-day runnng of the Club.

Users of the website are able to specify the personal details held in the secure area of the website by accessing My Golf -> Preferences.  The details specified here will be used solely for the following purposes:-

1. Facilitating communication between members to facilitate the management of matches and competitions
2. Facilitating communication between members and Golf Club Management and Officers to enable the effective and smooth running of the club
3. Managing financial transactions related to member subscriptions, bar, catering and other services 
4. Managing access to and the security of the Clubhouse
5. Facilitating communication with England Golf for the purposes of recording scores and calculating handicaps for members within the World Handicap System
6. Facilitiating communications with customers, visitors and members' guests where personal contact details have been captured and permission has been received to use it for these purposes.
