Corporate Membership

Chislehurst Golf Club is delighted to offer a limited number of Corporate memberships.

Corporate Membership provides the prestigious opportunity for you to entertain clients and build business relationships whilst enjoying the magnificent and tranquil surroundings of our historic clubhouse.

Membership includes use of the golf course, clubhouse, and practice facilities as well as the ability to book the clubhouse to entertain clients, family and friends. The Club has a very active membership and an extensive programme of social events throughout the year that will also be available for you to enjoy.

Corporate Membership at Chislehurst Golf Club is offered on the following basis:

Corporate members enjoy full playing rights on weekdays, and at weekends after 12pm in the winter and after 2pm in the summer.
There is no entry to club competitions.

Individual named bearers may introduce up to 3 guests on payment of the applicable member’s guest green fee, per the Corporate Member playing times outlined above, subject to a cap of 5 occasions per year.

Special corporate rates are offered for the hosting of any corporate golf day. These are available upon request.

Subject to availability, Corporate Members may use the Club facilities for meetings, conferences etc. at members’ rates.
Food and drink requirements will be charged as per the existing menu prices.

Corporate members will have a link to their website on the CGC website and be able to include a half page advertisement in the club diary plus a header / footer style advertisement, twice a year, in the Club’s quarterly newsletter, free of charge.

Corporate members will receive a 15% discount on tee marker sponsorship when committing to 3 Year sponsorship, to be paid as a one off charge with the applicable subscription.
In the event that a corporate membership is discontinued, the sponsorship fee is not refundable.

Corporate members will nominate individual named bearers as members, of whom one will act as the lead name.
Each named bearer must display his or her Corporate Member bag tag at all times.

A minimum of 4 names is required. A 5% discount is offered where there are 7 names or more. No more than 10 names per corporate member are allowed.

Each named bearer must have a golf handicap.
In the event that the Corporate member wishes to nominate a named bearer who does not have an existing handicap, then the normal playing ability process will apply and the individual will be able to play three complimentary rounds, marking a card each time, two of which must be to a satisfactory standard before being approved for membership.
The Club reserves the right to withdraw any membership if playing ability or course etiquette are found to be inadequate.

There is an annual card levy of £100 per named bearer. Each named bearer will have their own Club card, which affords the normal 10% ‘member discount’ on food and beverages.

An annual subscription (including the card levy and Kent County Golf Union fee) is charged per named bearer and billed to the Corporate Member as a total fee prior to 1st June each year. In the rst year of membership the subscription will be pro rata to time depending on the date of joining, if not 1st June.

Corporate members are bound by the same Rules, Regulations and Articles of the Club as all Club members.

The application process entails the lead name meeting with the Club’s General Manager and at least one representative of the Board and / or Committee and subsequently all named bearers must be introduced before being approved for membership.
