Applicants for Academy membership will be invited to see the Professional to discuss whether the Academy would provide a suitable programme for you. You will then be invited in to meet the General Manager to formalise your Academy membership. Applicants for Junior membership will be invited to the Club with a parent, grandparent or guardian to meet the Junior Organiser.
For most applications, it is dependent on the availability of both yourself and our CEO and club captains to meet with you. Typically, this process takes two to three weeks.
No. You can gain your handicap certificate after you have played a number of games with an established member. If you do already have a certificate, then it is helpful if you can submit it with your application form.

If you know a Chislehurst Golf Club Member who is happy to support your application, then please mention their name in your Enquiry Form. If you don't know a member, then please do not worry. Each application is looked at on an individual basis and the CEO will be happy to discuss your application with you. Temporary membership can be offered to those moving into the area to enable them to play and get to know other members.
The offer letter will have a start date of the 1st of the following month, or later if specially requested.
Payment of subscriptions can be made by cheque, by a debit card, or by credit card, and is due in full as of the first date of the new membership year. We regret that we are unable to offer members the option of paying by instalment at this time.
Our Membership year starts on 1st June.
