The O'Brien Salver - Mixed Foursomes Knockout Rules

1/2 Combined Handicaps
Knockout Playing Handicap limits – Men 28, Ladies 36.
Strokes to be taken from Ladies stroke index's, as per EGU guidance.

1. It is the responsibility of both parties to make contact and arrange dates for your match;
2. It is important that the play by dates are adhered to. Extensions may be granted in certain circumstances, but these must be agreed with the Handicaps and Competitions committee; failure to do so will lead to both pairs being omitted from the competition.
3. Whilst conditions may not always be perfect (especially in winter), if the course is open, the match must be played unless both parties agree to postpone (within play by dates);
4. On completion of the match, please update IG with the winner as soon as possible;
5. The use of caddies and referees is only allowed in the final and this must be agreed by both parties in advance of the match.
