Camden Place: The Life of Empress Eugénie: Talk by Historian Ian Sygrave 25th March
On March 25th 1880 the Empress Eugénie left Camden Place to travel to a remote corner of Zululand. Her purpose was to visit the exact location where her son had been killed on June 1st 1879.
